If you each want your own accounts, you'll need to buy separate subscriptions.
However, some games allow you to bring guests online. Guests are basically people who can log in under your account (only when you're with them of course, on the same xbox). These guests will prevent you from playing ranked games (usually), but you can still have fun with your friends.
But as far as two seperate gold accounts, you can't get that with just one subscription.How many people can have ONLINE xbox 360 gold accounts.?
