In Halo 3, How do you get the Acheivements with the Skulls? Can i get them If i dont connect to online? ?

I have to run my ethernet cable to play online so my xbox is in my room. I dont play online that much cause i dont like to move the xbox. I got all the Acheivements for beating the game on Normal and stuff. How do i get the other Acheivements ei...the ones with the Skulls?In Halo 3, How do you get the Acheivements with the Skulls? To completely unlock EVERY achievement for Halo 3, then yes, you will need to play Halo 3 online matchmaking, as some achievements are only available in online multiplayer playlists.





However, if you want to unlock the Hayabusa helmet by getting all the skulls (it's not an achievement, but collecting each gold skull grants you an achievement worth 5G each), then you won't have to find them online. I found them all offline, and I still got the armor.





There are two skulls, one gold and one silver, in Sierra 117, Crow's Nest, The Ark, and The Covenant. Every other level has only one gold skull.





To completely unlock the Hayabusa Spartan Armor Permutation, you must find all thirteen of these skulls in any difficulty other than Easy (Normal, Heroic, and Legendary). All you need to do to find a skull is pick up the skull and wait for the achievement alert to pop-up.

Each mission will at least have 1 skull that will go toward your achievements. Since it is campaign mode, you do not have to be online in order to attain the skulls.





In order to get the skull achievements, you must find the skull in the mission.


As soon as the skull is obtained, you will unlock the achievement.





The skulls, however, will not appear at their locations unless the game difficulty is on normal.
Yes you can get the skull achievements without being online. Here's my advice:


Go onto the internet and search for halo 3 skull locations.


Start playing your xbox and go into campaign.


find the skulls and you will get your achievement.


WARNING!


When on campaign make sure to start the level from the beginning or else you won't be able to get the skull


Also you have to be playing on normal or higher difficulty.
look on line for the location of the skulls. go to campaign and play each leave. they all have a skull or two. you can see what skulls you have unlocked in the campaign page by pressing the x button.
