I recently changed out my wireless router for a Netgear WGR614v6. Since the change, some of my xbox 360 games no longer work for online play. I am getting a message on the x-box diagnostics about the NAT setting (needs to be ';open'; instead of ';moderate';). I remember doing this on my old wireless router, but I cant find it in the setup utility that came with the netgear, nor can I find the answer on Netgears website. Any Netgear pro's out there who can help me?I have a netgear WGR614v6 wireless router, how can I change the NAT setting to open so my xbox get online?
Probably type in your web browser the following:
http://192.168.1.1
It should come up with a login box. You will leave the username blank, and for the password type: admin
Then go to your firewall settings and open the NAT. If you don't get anything when you type in the addres I gave you, try http://192.168.0.1 or http://192.168.1.0
If the login that I gave you doesn't work, try admin for the username and nothing in the password field.
