I have a direct connection to my modem which is a arris model tm402p and i have tried everything they tell me to do on xbox.com but i still cant get it





is this a isp problem or something? does comcast provide xbox live or whatever?

I have comcast and it is fine for me. First, go into your computers control panel and find out all of your router information. Then plug it into the 360 when you are testing your connection. i have comcast---- i went to networksettings%26gt; restore to deafult %26gt;turned off xbox %26gt;unplugged modem %26gt; wait 2 mins %26gt; plug modem back in%26gt; tuned on xbox%26gt; and it worked... i called the xbox number , the guy had me do it , and now i can play online again.
