i dont go on it anymore so its still costing my mum for nothing


i got the month-to-month thing where it continues from a direct debit thing. how do you stop it? or deactivate it or whatever can u do it from the xbox? or online?Xbox live cba with it now...?

Say ';accounts and billing'; after the prompt says the options and asks you what your call is about. Then say ';cancel my Xbox Live account'; after the prompt says other options.





Wait on the line until you are directed to an accounts representative.





Provide the following information to prove your identity: name, address, last four numbers of your credit card used to purchase Xbox Live, gamertag or profile name used on Xbox Live, email address that you used for your Xbox Live account and phone number.
