What is a good team to use in madden09? What Formation should i pick with them? How do i get better with them?

I really suck at madden09 online over xbox live. Can someone help me out by telling me what team to pick, what formation to use with them, and how to use them and get better with them. I dont like using the cowboys,chargers,colts,jags, or any of those cheap teams.What is a good team to use in madden09? What Formation should i pick with them? How do i get better with them?
The panthers. I've never played anyone who can stop Steve Smith. I average like 170 yards and 11 catches a game with him. Deangelo Williams and Jonathan Stewart gives you the leagues best tandem and their defense is very good. Use the run n gun playbook because that way you can make the most of their offense. If you do it on a league or not online though get a better qb because that's the only bad part about them is when Smitty's open and Delhome throws it 10 yards behind him right to the safety.What is a good team to use in madden09? use the giants, their rated 94 on the game but their defense is like a 99 i play with them against my friends all the time (im not a giants fan) and on offense just run up the middle with jacobs and have bradshaw on the screens and then you can throw it up to plax if you need to.
