Well i recently got an xbox 360 (holiday bundle) and for the first couple weeks it worked fine online and offline but when i play online and some times offline it freeze and i dont know how to fix it.. alot of people saying that it's my internet connection but i dont know has anyone else been having problems? it usually happens with the new game i got ';Left 4 Dead';My xbox 360 freeze online and offline?
Xbox has been freezing ever since I got it years ago. It may just be overheating. You could buy one of the xbox coolers and see if that works.

It could be cause by over heating but if it was overheating it would result in the 3Red Rings!..
If it was your connection it wouldn't result in your xbox freezing offline and it wouldn't freeze the whole system!!..It would just simply disconnect you from the game and bring you to the title screen of the game!
If the problem persists and if it mean you have to reset your system every time it freezes defo consult microsoft about this!!
I would like some more details on the ';freezing'; e.g. When it occurs.. Would make it a little bit easier to diagnose the problem!!
