Pirated games wont work online at all.
The cracks that u use purposefully remove the use of the internet, meaning that u cannot get achievements for ur xbox tag with a pirate game.
At least if they were smart enough to do it. If u can get online, then yes u will almost certainly get banned.

No you will get banned and get the evil RROD....M$ has a no tolerance rule in place.
