How do i get my Xbox 360 online?

Do i connect it with a router and then get an activation code (CARD)?


Or do I just get a card and type in the code?


one of my friends said the Xbox 360 already has internet built in, so all you need to do is get the card verification (activation) code and then youre online.

You need to connect your Xbox 360 to your router via ethernet cord or wireless network adapter. after that is connected go to your xbox and sign up for Xbox live. Follow the sign up process. Usually you would get 1 month free of Xbox live Gold membership so wait till that is over then buy an activation card. If you dont buy an activation card you will have silver member ship which means you can only message friends and play games offline.
Ok, when you buy a new xbox there is a secret on it.There are 3 free months of membership built in. you have to create a new Gamertag, go to join xbox live, then put in your info. then it will ask you how much you want to pay. Click nevermind. it will then say you are eligible for 1 month free xbox live membership. you can do this three times.





If you have troble plugging in, put the ethernet cord into the Xbox and modem, or router. Then it should be connected. you have to have an xbox live gold membership to play online.
